The predicted salary is between 13.75 - 13.75 £ per hour.

Mountain View House is looking for Support Workers to join the team for 12.5 hour days. Shift patterns are 07:45-20:15. The house is located near the village of Pontypool, in a rural setting next to a nature reserve, offering residential support for seven male and female residents who are autistic. The team is dedicated to supporting residents to live as independently as possible and participate in activities that fulfill them.

  • You will be part of a compassionate team committed to residents’ well-being, helping to implement individualized care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated, and supporting residents’ recovery, dignity and treatment.
