Ridgecott is looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join the team.

Ridgecott is located in Plympton, Devon. It offers residential support for 10 males and females who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs. We are on a quiet street, near the town centre.

Our team are dedicated to providing residents with the highest level of person‑centred care, ensuring they live a happy and healthy life.

Description

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to resident wellbeing. You will assist qualified staff with assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated, and facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.
