Description Tithe Barn Salary - £13.75 per hour - Full Time Tithe Barn is located in Sellack, Ross-on-Wye. The service provides residential support for adults who are autistic or have a learning disability, and may also present with behaviours that challenge. We offer our residents the chance to live in a homely environment whilst receiving specialist support from caring, competent and well-trained staff. Our home is in a rural setting in the Herefordshire countryside and is surrounded by eight acres of private land, providing access to walks. What you'll be doing You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents You can find additional information in the attached job description. What you'll bring to the role A caring and respectful approach to supporting others. Ability to work flexibly and think innovatively. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Commitment to upholding professional standards, policies, and procedures. Experience in care or support work (desirable, but not essential – training provided).
