Alphonsus House is looking for Support Workers to join the team in Oldbury. Our service offers residential support for 18 males and females with a learning disability or mental health needs. The home is on a main road, near the town centre. Our team are dedicated to supporting the people we care for to move back into their own homes in the community. We encourage our individuals to be active and live the best life as possible, and allocate key workers to support them in meeting their goals and aspirations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans.
- Undertake routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.
