Horizon House is looking to recruit an Administrator to join the team. This is a Part Time role (18.75 hours per week). This role requires consistent cover between Mon-Fri, but we are happy to discuss your availability to work across 3-5 days. This post is an essential support to our new service location, part of Flourish, a Therapy-Led addictions treatment environment, offering a different option to traditional hospital-based treatment.
What you'll be doing:
- You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients.
- Your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office systems.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems to ensure information is up to date and easily accessible.
