Priory is seeking a compassionate Mental Health & Addiction Triage Practitioner to join our Customer Service Centre team in Tees Valley. Your role involves reviewing and triaging clinical referrals for addiction services, helping individuals gain appropriate support.
We require flexibility to work shifts covering 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, and some weekend work is expected.
Qualifications should include a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent experience. Strong communication skills and a commitment to care are essential, alongside empathy for individuals facing challenging times.
