Fixed Term - Part-Time | 22.5 hours per week | Site based
£28,950 per annum
Must be HCPC registered, BABCP, BCP, BPS or equivalent
This role is to work across two wards a 12 bed R&R ward and 18 bed Acute Ward
Priory Hospital Newbury, located in Berkshire, is a level 2 rehabilitation service which supports male adults with mental health needs, who are working towards a life back in the community.
We also provide an acute service, for local male and female patients who are in crisis and require a short admission for support.

- What you'll be doing
You will join the team on the Rehabilitation and Recovery ward and the Acute Ward.
In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.

- Assess and respond to client referrals, creating effective, person-centred therapy plans.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions.
- Manage a caseload, maintaining regular communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Keep accurate clinical records, reports, and case notes.
- Provide guidance to colleagues and contribute to audits, research, and service improvements.
- Work collaboratively as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team to ensure high-quality client care.

This role requires a relevant Master's degree as a minimum and a recognised postgraduate qualification together with accreditation from the relevant professional institution (BABCP, BCP, BPS or equivalent).
