Description Bannister Farm £15.25 per hour Full Time – 40 Hours - this is a split role with 20 hours supernumerary and 20 hours on support.

Bannister Farm is located in Leyland, in Lancashire.

Our home offers residential support to five autistic adults, who may also have a learning disability.

The home is located off a main road, in a pleasant neighbourhood.

We can also support those who have: Difficulties with communication Mild to moderate behaviours that challenge Epilepsy Some mental health needs What you'll be doing Are you an experienced care professional looking to take the next step in your career?

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in leading our team and ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and service.

What you'll bring to the role You’ve worked as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager and are ready for the next step.
