Priory is seeking a Head of Payroll, Pensions & Reward to lead payroll, pensions and reward across the group.

You will drive governance, meet HMRC requirements and shape a strategic reward agenda for the organisation.

Hybrid role with three days per week at the Leicester office and remote work for the rest.

You will manage a high-performing team, collaborate with HR, Finance and Operations, and support transformation initiatives across a complex multi-site environment.
