Priory Hospital Kemple View is looking to recruit a HR & Resourcing Lead to join the team. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week.
Priory Hospital Kemple View is a 90-bedded hospital, offering level 2 rehabilitation and secure services for adult males. We can support people with a mental health condition and/or a personality disorder.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
- Work closely with Senior Management team and Heads of Departments to help define and develop avenues and methods of attracting new candidates of the highest quality to the site.
- Work in conjunction with Central Onboarding team to ensure offered candidates are processed and onboarded in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure that DBS & Professional accreditation renewals are monitored and undertaken during employee life cycle.
What you’ll bring to the role
Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and relationship‑building skills, along with excellent attention to detail. Working towards a CIPD qualification would be advantageous, although it is not essential. Applicants should have previous experience coordinating HR activities within a corporate environment, with experience in the healthcare sector being desirable but not a requirement.
