We are looking to recruit a Support Worker to join our team in Harrogate (HG1). This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, at £13.75 per hour.
Shift patterns: 08:00 - 20:00 / 09:00 - 21:00 / 09:00 - 18:00 / 09:00 - 17:00.
MUST BE DRIVER: Full UK driving license 2 years +.

- As part of our team, you’ll help people reach their potential through both practical and emotional support, making a positive difference to their lives.
- Encouraging people to live as independently as possible while supporting them in building their life skills and achieving goals at their own pace.
- Supporting tenants in a person-centred way, which can include assisting with personal care, participation in activities, and support with daily living skills, including maintenance of their tenancy.
- Complete daily administration of electronic and paper records with the involvement of the individual as appropriate.
- Supporting the individual in maintaining their health and wellbeing, which may involve liaising with other specialists.
- Supporting and encouraging the individual’s participation and integration in the local community through activities and interests that meet their ambitions and help them achieve outcomes in their chosen way.
- Embedding the REACH standards in everyday practice.
