n Mildmay Oaks, Hook, Hampshire\n Full-time | 37.5 hours per week | Site based\n £45,327 per annum \n HCPC registration is required Mildmay Oaks offers varied clinical experience in a supportive, established service across Low Secure Units, Locked Rehabilitation, and Bespoke Therapeutic Placements, supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. n In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care. \Manage and deliver speech and language therapy care plans, including assessment, treatment, and progress tracking. \Supervise junior staff and work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safe, policy-compliant practice. \Communicate with patients, families, and professionals throughout rehabilitation. \Support service development by promoting therapy, implementing new techniques, and ensuring cost-effective care. \n Essential This role requires a relevant degree, HCPC registration, and a postgraduate qualification from RCSLT.
