Priory is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of our private services offering. This is a high-impact role focused on developing new business, strengthening referral networks, and increasing market presence across the West Midlands and Bristol regions. You will take ownership of your portfolio, building relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth, while benefiting from a commission structure that rewards performance. The role is hybrid with some remote work; however, the post holder will be required to be based in either the Bristol or the West Midlands areas due to frequent travel.
What you'll be doing
- You will build and manage relationships with a range of referral partners including GPs, consultants, therapists, and corporate partners, acting as a trusted point of contact and driving engagement across the region.
- Alongside developing new business opportunities, you will promote services through targeted activity and events, while working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless referral and service experience.
- Using market insight and a proactive approach, you will identify opportunities, develop your pipeline, and contribute to overall commercial growth.
