Alongside this, you'll design and facilitate engaging webinars and learning sessions to support development across the region.

Covering the North West and Scotland, you'll travel to deliver training and ensure compliance, using Learning Management System (LMS) data to identify gaps and plan activity. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage training administration, and contribute to the ongoing development of learning materials in line with legislation and best practice.

Working collaboratively with the wider L&OD team, you'll support attendance and compliance, respond to feedback, and ensure training remains relevant, effective, and aligned with organisational standards and policies.

What you'll bring to the role

You’ll have a strong understanding of healthcare and be confident delivering training across face‑to‑face, virtual, and blended environments.

Organised and self‑motivated, you'll be able to manage competing priorities, use data to plan effectively, and take ownership of your region. You'll be confident using Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and Learning Management Systems to support delivery and monitor compliance.

With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you'll build effectively relationships with all levels, working both independently and collaboratively. You'll bring experience in designing and delivering engaging training, with flexibility to adapt to different audiences and needs.

A proactive solutions‑focused approach is key, alongside flexibility to travel across your region (with occasional overnight stays) and a commitment to maintaining high standards and continuous professional development.
