What you\’ll be doing
To provide professional, comprehensive and effective secretarial and administrative support to the Healthcare Clinical Networks, building effective working relationships.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- To provide consistent, comprehensive and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Healthcare Clinical Networks, Network Clinical Directors, Clinical Network Manager and Professional Network Leads. This will include handling all aspects of emails, meetings and occasional telephone enquiries;
- To support the Healthcare Clinical Networks meetings & sub groups, managing multiple workstreams
- Plan, facilitate Clinical Network & sub group meetings, attending in person where/when required;
- Preparing Clinical Network & sub group meeting agendas and delivering accurate minutes promptly;
- Manage the coordination of Clinical Network meetings and sub groups as necessary;
- Assistance with gathering and collating information from the Clinical Networks;
- Updating of network documents (i.e. network priority plans strategies and frameworks)
- Updating and maintaining the Clinical Network intranet pages and resources;
- Processing travel requests and bookings for Network Clinical Directors;
- To support with preparation of presentation materials using appropriate Priory templates & guidelines;
- To cascade relevant information with the Clinical Networks;
- Co-ordination, planning, facilitation & execution of Clinical Network events
- Processing travel requests and bookings for Network Clinical Directors and Lived Experience Partners

- The candidate will have demonstrable previous experience working as a proficient administrator within a commercial environment, ideally in the private healthcare sector.
- Proven experience of managing multiple work streams, minute taking and meeting management.
- The ideal candidate will be educated to a minimum of GCSE or equivalent standard, with excellent typing and minutes taking skills and proficient in using the standard range of Microsoft Office applications.
- The candidate will be a robust multi-tasker and use initiative (where appropriate) in a fast-pace environment.
- The candidate will be highly organised and efficient with the ability to work under pressure.
- The candidate should be confident, flexible and professional in their approach.
