Priory is seeking a Client Referral Co-ordinator to join our Customer Service Centre in Stockton-on-Tees. You will handle inbound calls and emails from people seeking treatment, listening to needs and guiding them to the next steps.
You’ll record client information accurately, respect GDPR, and coordinate with NHS and internal teams to access services. Flexibility is required as the role operates 365 days a year, with varied shifts.
