Priory Ticehurst House is seeking a Private, Sessional CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist.
The CAMHS service at Ticehurst provides exclusive Consultant outpatient rooms in a building set in the grounds of a large Independent Hospital. The successful Consultant will work collaboratively with colleagues at Ticehurst to assess referrals, provide supporting outpatient services and refer to appropriate therapy services as required. All our services are fully staffed with highly experienced Nursing, Medical and Therapy colleagues.

The Opportunity: We invite an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team, offering the chance to build and manage a private practice offering inpatient, outpatient and Day Care services at our site. - Assess and treat a diverse mix of inpatient and outpatient population
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, healthcare assistants and Dietician
- Engage in quality improvement and governance activities

Candidate profile:
- GMC registration with relevant specialist registration
- Experience in eating disorders including at least 2 years operating within a substantive role with the NHS
- A strong understanding of Clinical Governance and regulatory frameworks
- Successful completion of a DBS check (funded by Priory)
