Priory Hospital Barnt Green offers acute mental health and psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) services for 23 males and females. It also has excellent transport links, including a local bus and train station and a 10-minute drive to the M5 and M42 motorways.
What you'll be doing
You will join the team on the private ward, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect and high standards of care. What you'll bring to the role
- Essential
- Hold current professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) along with Mental Health.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity within a relevant care setting; appropriate registration or experience required for the ward.
- Willingness to complete further clinical, managerial and leadership training and development relevant to your area of practice in management and leadership.
- Experience of working in an environment that requires the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Desirable
- Experience of clinical audit and/or service improvement based on evidence.
