Priory Hospital Bristol is looking to recruit a Receptionist to join the team. To cover some weekends and annual leave between both sites, Bristol Hospital and Bristol Park Clinic.

Compensation: £12.71 / hour

What you'll be doing:

  • You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients.
  • Your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, but your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone.
  • Greets and assists all arrivals promptly at the Priory unit, ensuring they are treated in a courteous, pleasant and efficient manner, and directed accordingly.
  • Ensures that all telephone calls into main reception / switchboard are dealt with promptly and efficiently within Priory operational standards.
  • Carries out administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensures that the appropriate security passes are issued, directing the visitor to the appropriate areas or individuals within the unit.
  • Ensures the maintenance of the reception and waiting area environments to high standards, reporting any housekeeping or maintenance issues to the appropriate teams.
