Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Server to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring guests receive outstanding service from arrival to departure. This is a full-time seasonal position for the summer period, with a preferred contract running until 1st November 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, discreet, and personalised service to every guest
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and beverages in a professional manner
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and presentable at all times
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations consistently
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams
- Process payments and operate tills where required
- Maintain knowledge of menus, specials, and promotions
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred (training can be provided)
