Restaurant Supervisor - Join Our Restaurant Team at The Priory Hotel

A very exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Restaurant team. We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who thrives on providing excellent levels of service to become part of our established restaurant team at our beautiful, luxury, boutique Country House Hotel and Restaurant. We have high standards and are looking for someone willing and ready to rise to that challenge.

About the Role:

The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for leading our dining services. You will work closely with our Restaurant team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and private dining events as well as ensure high levels of guest experience during service.

We are a small team, so are looking for a true team player with a can-do approach. Everyone in the restaurant team gets involved in running service. You will be confident communicating with guests and taking food and drink orders, some wine experience would be ideal although we can offer training.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading Breakfast, Lunch and/or Dinner service depending on shift pattern in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
  • Ensure high levels of guest experience and customer service throughout all touchpoints with the customer.
  • Support the Head of Food & Beverage with training needs for the team.
  • Identifying and implementing ideas for improvement and working on these with the wider team.
  • Build strong relationships with the other departments to ensure everyone is working together with the customer's experience at heart.
  • Work closely across department to ensure a smooth flow of communication throughout the whole Priory team.
