About the Role
Priory Vets looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated RVN to join their experienced team based in Cardigan, Wales.
You’ll work to a structured weekly rota covering anaesthesia, inpatient care, nurse consults, and pharmacy duties, with daily morning huddles to keep the day running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, varied role supporting everything from routine procedures to emergencies – ideal for developing your clinical skills within a supportive team.
About the Practice
Priory Vets is a long-established mixed practice with 88 years of trusted service to the local community. Our small animal teams are based across Cardigan, Preseli and Aberaeron, while our large animal and equine vets work out on the road. The main site is in Cardigan, a vibrant coastal town offering an excellent quality of life, beautiful beaches, and strong transport links to Swansea and Cardiff.
The Team
You’ll join a friendly, collaborative team of 9 vets, 8 RVNs, a VCA, and 8 Client Care Advisors, supported by a Clinical Director and Practice Director – all focused on delivering high-quality patient and client care.
Working hours
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours across 4 or 5 days per week. There are no out-of-hours requirements. The role includes participation in a 1:4 Saturday rota, working from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, which will be given back as TOIL.
