The Role
Are you looking for a role that offers an excellent work-life balance, with school holidays off? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Midday Superintendent to join our team. This is a permanent position, working 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during term time only (38 weeks per year).
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing and positive behaviour of pupils during the lunchtime period, indoors and outdoors.
- Lead and supervise the team of Supervisory Assistants.
- Coordinate smooth lunchtime arrangements and support teaching staff and the Catering Manager.
- Monitor health and safety and administer minor first aid where required.
- Report concerns or incidents to the Line Manager.
