We are looking for teaching assistants who:

  • Have a proven ability to support pupils with SEND needs effectively through the use of dynamic & engaging techniques.
  • Have the ability to work with a team in a responsive and flexible manner, responding to the instruction and advice of the provision lead.
  • Can use their initiative to solve problems.
  • Can share ideas for the adjustment of learning to enable pupils to access the learning effectively.
  • Are able to lead small groups, 1:1 teaching along with preparing lessons and resources as well as completing paperwork to demonstrate learning and impact.
  • Can build effective trusting relationships with staff, pupils, parents and external agencies.
  • Are flexible, committed to our school and willing to take a full part in the life of our school community.
