You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients' wellbeing. We take a personalized approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As an independent hospital manager, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Quarterly Meeting Review of Section Papers
  • Sit on Managers Hearing Panel
  • Visit Wards to speak with Service Users

Qualifications:

  • You should be educated to degree level in health or social care, or hold a relevant professional registration.
  • A postgraduate qualification is desirable.

  • Previous experience working in social work, as an Approved Mental Health Professional, or in the legal sector is considered a benefit.
  • A particular interest or experience in mental health services is also valued.
