Take responsibility as Nurse in Charge, Bed Manager or Site Coordinator when required, prioritising and delegating duties appropriately while maintaining a safe environment.
Support and supervise junior, agency and student nurses, contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement, and maintain professional development through mandatory training, supervision and reflective practice.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures, the Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, medicines management, company policies and the NMC Code, while responding appropriately to challenging behaviour and promoting positive outcomes for patients.
