A leading independent healthcare provider is seeking a full-time Physical Healthcare Nurse at their Felden location. The role involves supporting patients with severe mental health needs by assessing their healthcare requirements and ensuring individual care plans are implemented.

Ideal candidates should be Registered General Nurses (RGNs) with at least two years of post-registration experience, alongside knowledge of NMC guidelines and excellent communication skills. Registration as a Non-Medical Prescriber is a plus.
