Job responsibilities:
The role of the Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Staff Nurse is to work as an effective member of the Multi-Disciplinary team. You will promote the best interests of the clients and carers and ensure that prescribed nursing care is effectively implemented. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe care environment. Exercise professional accountability and responsibility using professional skills, knowledge and expertise in changing environments and work within the scope of professional practice.
Qualifications:
Hold current professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) along with 1 year post qualification experience.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
