Main Duties of the Job
- Assess and respond to client referrals, creating effective, person‑centred therapy plans.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence‑based interventions.
- Manage a caseload, maintaining regular communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Keep accurate clinical records, reports, and case notes.
- Provide guidance to colleagues and contribute to audits, research, and service improvements.
- Work collaboratively as part of a Multi‑Disciplinary Team to ensure high‑quality client care.
Job Details
- Fixed term, part‑time – 22.5 hours per week – site based at Priory Hospital Newbury.
- Pay – £28,950 per annum.
- Work across two wards: a 12‑bed rehabilitation and reliving ward and an 18‑bed acute ward.
Requirements
- Relevant Master’s degree as a minimum.
- Recognised post‑graduate qualification and accreditation from BABCP, BCP, BPS, or equivalent.
Disclosure and Barring Service Check
The role requires a Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 DBS check. Priory will cover the cost of the DBS check.
