Job responsibilities:
Priory Hospital Southampton are looking for a passionate and motivated Dietitian to join our specialist Eating Disorders (ED) inpatient ward, with an exciting opportunity to be involved in the development of a new Eating Disorders Day Service programme. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.
Person Specification Requirements:
- You will be an HCPC-registered Dietitian, ideally with experience in eating disorders, although applicants with a strong mental health background are also encouraged to apply.
- You will be confident working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and motivated to contribute to ongoing service development.
- Knowledge around nutritional rehabilitation and the management of refeeding risk in eating disorders.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
