We are looking for a Registered Manager to join the team at Rose Court in Luton. This is a full‑time role working 40 hours per week.
Main duties of the job:
- As the CQC Registered Manager at Priory, you will take overall responsibility for the home, overseeing all areas including budgets, quality, compliance, and the delivery of outstanding care.
- You will support and inspire your team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care, helping them achieve their goals, develop skills, gain confidence, and engage in meaningful activities within the community.

- Oversee documentation, nursing records, and care plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and best practice.

About us:
Rose Court is a residential service in Luton supporting 11 adults, including autistic people and individuals with learning disabilities. Located on a quiet street near the town centre, with excellent transport links including a bus stop one minute away and easy access to the M1 (Junction 10), we provide a welcoming and supportive environment for both the people we support and our team.
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or willing to work towards one.
- Disclosure and Barring Service Check. This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
