You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents' wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Therapy Lead, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.
Leading and supporting a diverse range of therapy staff including psychology, therapy, OT, assistants and any other specialisms that fall within the team's therapy needs. Facilitating regular management supervision with individuals in line with Priory policy, using a cascade system with other qualified therapists. An agreed reduced level of patient-facing clinical hours to create line management responsibility, as agreed with the Private Business and Therapy Manager. Be available for any clinical issues the team may need, for example managing risk, responding to complex patient needs, supporting individual cases with a wider MDT as necessary.
