Priory Life Works House has an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is offered on a Part Time basis working 30 hours per week. The pro rata salary for this role is £21,600 per annum. Life Works House is a residential treatment service in Old Woking, Surrey, providing support for adults. The service is located approximately two miles from Woking town centre and is accessible by public transport, with local bus stops a 2–5 minute walk away and Woking railway station approximately a 10-minute taxi journey from the site.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will help keep our site safe, well maintained and welcoming for colleagues, patients and visitors. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and minor improvement works, ensuring our Property Maintenance Standards are met while contributing to a safe, efficient and well-cared-for environment.
