Priory Wellbeing Centre Southampton is looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our team on a 10-month fixed-term contract, working 20 hours per week over 4 days in a site-based role. The role is based on Monday to Friday shift patterns, scheduled between 07:30 and 20:30. Exact working hours will be discussed at interview, and we are happy to consider flexibility around school hours where possible to support the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide efficient admin and secretarial support, including document production, telephone enquiries, diary management, visitor reception, and other tasks as needed. Work closely with the Wellbeing Centre Manager.
  • Handle internal and external enquiries, prioritising and escalating issues appropriately to maintain high service levels.
  • Ensure all information and documents comply with policies, regulations, and financial requirements; maintain accurate audit trails.
  • Update and maintain accuracy in central and local databases.
