Priory Group in Wakefield is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team on varying shift patterns, primarily 8am - 8pm. The role provides residential support for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs and autism, across a 36-hour full-time pattern.
You will assist with assessments, care plans and daily living activities, while upholding dignity, safety and confidentiality. DBS clearance is required and Priory covers DBS costs.
