Notts Hill House is looking for a Support Worker to join their team on a full time basis. Notts Hill House is located in the coastal town of Torquay in the county of Devon. We offer residential support for 15 males and females with an acquired brain injury (ABI), physical disabilities or a learning disability. We are set back on a quiet road, within walking distance from the beach and in close proximity to the town.

Our multidisciplinary team (MDT) provide high quality specialist support to the people we care for, with a focus on developing the skills and confidence to live a safe, independent, and fulfilling life.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
