Eden House, part of Priory Group, in Mill Hill, North London, is seeking a Residential Addictions Service Manager to lead the day-to-day running of a therapy-led 18-bed service. You will shape culture, ensure high standards of care and deliver positive outcomes for clients and staff.

The role requires resilience, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, safeguarding know-how and strong knowledge of regulatory standards (CQC) to ensure sustainable, compliant service delivery.
