We are looking to recruit a Support Worker to join our team.

Overview

Priory Riverview is a full‑time position with evening and weekend hours. The role is located in the picturesque seaside town of Teignmouth, Devon, offering residential support for eight autistic individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
  • Support day‑to‑day activities and encourage independent living.
  • Provide personal care, participation in activities and maintenance of tenancy.
  • Complete daily electronic and paper records.
  • Maintain health and wellbeing, liaising with other specialists.
  • Promote community integration and embed the REACH standards in everyday practice.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
