Priory Supported Living Hull and East Riding has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team in HU7 offering support for 12 people recovering from complex and enduring mental health conditions. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours, day shifts, with a pay rate of £13.45 per hour.
You will work within a compassionate team, assisting with assessment and implementation of individual care plans, and helping residents move forward with confidence in their own homes and community.
