Priory Wellbeing Centre Southampton is looking for an administrator to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 37.5 hours per week. At Priory Wellbeing Centre Southampton, we can provide fast access to flexible and convenient outpatient treatment. This includes treatment for a range of mental health conditions, including treatment for depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, eating disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). We also offer a dedicated child and adolescent mental health service (CAMHS), to support young people.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide efficient admin and secretarial support, including document production, telephone enquiries, diary management, visitor reception, and other tasks as needed.
  • Work closely with the Wellbeing Centre Manager.
  • Handle internal and external enquiries, prioritising and escalating issues appropriately to maintain high service levels.
  • Ensure all information and documents comply with policies, regulations, and financial requirements; maintain accurate audit trails.
  • Update and maintain accuracy in central and local databases.

Site-based administration role. Based on Monday - Friday shift work between hours of 07.30 - 20.30 to be discussed at the interview. Administration experience required, and healthcare administration is ideal.
