Description

Priory Wellbeing Centre Oxford is looking to recruit an Educational Psychologist to join the team. Hours are dependent on the centre\'s needs.
Priory Wellbeing Centre Oxford is located right in the heart of Oxford’s city centre, and we offer easy access to exceptional outpatient treatment for a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, stress, eating disorders and addictions, as well as a dedicated young people’s service.

What you\'ll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Psychologist, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.
You will also:
  • Play an important role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based assessments as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct psychological assessments and formulate recommendations to support children and young people’s learning, emotional wellbeing, and development.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records in line with professional and ethical standards.

What you\'ll bring to the role

You must be HCPC registered and trained in ADI-R to carry out assessments with both adults and children and adolescents (CAMHS). This is a site-based role located at Priory Oxford Wellbeing Centre, though we can consider hybrid working arrangements.
