We have an exciting opportunity to join our brand-new mixed acute ward at Priory Bristol.

Priory Hospital Bristol, Stapleton, Bristol is a specialist mental health and addiction treatment service for individuals, families and couples.
It provides fast access to treatment for a range of psychiatric conditions and addictions.
It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes serving Stapleton and Bristol Parkway railway station approximately 2–3 miles from the hospital.
What you'll be doing You will be part of a compassionate team that is committed to supporting people's wellbeing.
We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future.
Deliver prescribed, person-centred nursing care to a defined patient group, working collaboratively with patients, carers, families and the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
Act as a named nurse, monitor and review care plans, respond appropriately to changes in patients’ needs and conditions, and address concerns or complaints proactively.
Prioritise and delegate nursing duties effectively, undertake nurse-in-charge responsibilities when required, and promote a safe, supportive environment.
Maintain professional relationships with patients, relatives, colleagues and visitors while contributing to clinical meetings, supervision and reflective practice.
Support the development of newly qualified staff through preceptorship, maintain ongoing professional development in line with NMC requirements, and ensure compliance with safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, medicines management, Priory policies and the NMC Code.

What you'll bring to the role Essential for the role Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), with 6-12 months post registration experience with active NMC Registration and completed preceptorship programme The following experience would be beneficial Minimum 6 months post registration experience within Mental Health or Learning Disabilities Care Environment.
