Priory Group in Southport is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a new development offering residential support to adults with a learning disability and/or autism. This is a full-time role based near our existing Southport Services.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop your team to deliver person-centred care, support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans, and ensure a safe, respectful environment with strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
