We have an opportunity for a Registered Manager to join our team in one of our new developments in Southport. This is a full time role. This new development is based near to our existing Southport Services and will offer residential support to adults with a learning disability and/or autism.

What you'll be doing

  • You’ll lead a compassionate and dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding care.
  • With a strong focus on personalised support and proven approaches, you’ll help residents build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
  • As Registered Manager, you will:
    • Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
    • Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care.
    • Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
    • Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents.
    • Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care.
    • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.

What you'll bring to the role

  • You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be willing to work towards it.
  • Experience as a Registered Manager is preferable as this is a new development, however we will consider strong Deputy candidates.
  • Experience working with mental health, learning disability or autism is required.
