We are looking for an experienced dynamic Registered Manager to manage 2 services in Ramsgate. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. Ebbsfleet House, Tubbs Lane, Ebbsfleet Lane, Ramsgate, Kent, CT12 5DJ offers residential support for five males and females, who are autistic or have a learning disability. Martins- 2 Ebbsfleet lane, Ramsgate, Kent CT12 5DJ offers residential support for two people who have a learning disability or are autistic.

As the Registered Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and quality. You’ll support and inspire your team to provide outstanding care while actively helping residents achieve their goals, develop their skills, and gain confidence through community involvement and meaningful activities. The role will ensure you are responsible for all areas of the home including budgets, quality, compliance and ensuring that the people we support have the best care & support possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the home with warmth, professionalism, and strong leadership, fostering a culture of care, respect, and inclusion.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and operational processes to maintain high standards and achieve service success.
  • Ensure the home meets all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, health & safety, and licensing.
  • Oversee documentation, nursing records, and care plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and best practice.
  • Develop your team through training, motivation, and support, promoting professional growth and high-quality care.
  • Innovate and continually improve the services we provide, delivering person-centred care that truly makes a difference.
