Dixons Farm is looking to recruit a Support Worker to join the team. This is a bank role. In order to fully support our residents, we are looking for individuals with a full UK driving license for a minimum of 3 years. Dixon’s Farm is located in Bamber Bridge, in Preston. It offers residential support for six adult males and females, including people on the autism spectrum, and individuals with a learning disability.

- You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service.
- Provide reliable, friendly, and compassionate support to help service users achieve daily goals, including personal care.
- Assist with and encourage participation in in-house activities and hobbies to promote engagement and well-being.
