Conquest House is located in the village of Farcet, Peterborough. The home offers residential support for 15 males and females who have a primary learning disability diagnosis, who may also be on the autism spectrum. We are in a semi‑rural location, set in large country grounds. Our dedicated team are passionate about helping the people we care for to lead lives that are as independent as possible. We want to provide our residents with the highest quality support enabling them to build on their skills, live more independently, and reach their goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and DIY tasks.
  • Keep our sites safe, well-presented, and welcoming.
  • Tackle jobs from painting, decorating, and wallpapering through to plumbing (fixing leaks, changing taps) and putting up furniture.
  • Spot and report any issues that need attention and take action to put things right.
  • Work alongside a supportive team to make sure everything meets quality and safety standards.
