Priory Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Life Works House in Old Woking, Surrey. The role is part time (30 hours per week) with a pro rata salary of £21,600 per annum. Hours are Mon-Fri 8:30–15:00, with potential to condense into four days.
You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and minor improvements to ensure a safe, welcoming site for staff and residents. On-site parking and pension are available.
