Priory Hospital East Midlands, located between Nottingham and Mansfield, is a 28-bedded specialist acute and psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) service for adult females. You will be working across the wards at the Hospital.

What you'll be doing:

  • You will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.
  • Contribute to the development and audit of psychological services across the site and wider organisation as required.
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team to lead psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions for individuals with complex needs.
  • Deliver formulation-led care using a range of therapeutic approaches to support recovery, independence, and risk reduction.
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and reflective practice for psychologists, assistants, trainees, and wider healthcare teams.
  • Manage clinical and organisational projects, ensuring high standards of clinical governance and service delivery.
  • Offer consultation and collaborative working with healthcare professionals, commissioners, providers, and external agencies.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Hold professional registration with HCPC and BPS.
  • For a consultant post, you are required to have 6 years of post-qualification experience.
