St Brannocks is located in New Romney, Kent. The residential service supports six males and females who have varied disabilities, including people who are on the autism spectrum. Our home is situated off a main road, less than 10 minutes’ walk to the town centre. Our team are dedicated to providing a safe and homely environment, where all the people we care for can make their own choices about the support they receive. We want to improve and positively impact on the lives of our residents.
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Bank Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals who use our services. This flexible role allows you to work on a bank basis while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide direct support that promotes dignity, independence, and choice. You will work closely with individuals to help them live fulfilling lives, supporting them with daily activities and encouraging them to achieve their personal goals. Support Workers play a vital role in helping people maintain their independence while ensuring their wellbeing and safety. The role can be both rewarding and challenging, so resilience, patience, and a caring nature are essential. No two days are the same, and your empathy and positive attitude will help individuals navigate both the highs and lows of daily life. Your responsibilities may include supporting individuals with everyday tasks, promoting independence, encouraging social engagement, and providing emotional support.
